We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, exchanges and returns for a full refund less shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees (10% of purchased item) are accepted within 60 days of receipt. To ensure satisfaction and an easy return process we have provided some guidelines on how to return or exchange an item below.
Returns
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are properly packed. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit that are a result of improper packing at the fault of the customer.
- Returned items must be complete without exception and must include a copy of your sales receipt.
- Please return the item(s) to the address listed on your invoice. Indicate on the invoice if you are returning for an exchange (and indicate style desired), or if you are returning for a merchandise credit.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges for all non-fault returns.
- Approved returns are processed within 2-3 business days and credits generally take 2-4 business days to post to your account.
Exchanges
- Please follow the return instructions except on the invoice write what item you would like to exchange the return for. Once the return is received, we will ship out the desired item.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not refundable even if returned within the time limits:
- Any items that are defaced or physical damaged by end-users. We reserve the right to check the condition of the returned item(s) before issuing any refund or credit
- Any product returned without the original package or sales receipt that cannot be verified as our products
- Any item(s) returned after 60 days
- After order is placed, please allow for 2-3 days for processing. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from our manufacturers. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
General
- After order is placed, please allow for 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing. This time is needed for products that are shipped to you directly from our manufacturers. The manufacturers need this time to fulfill your order.
- Shipping rates are calculated using real time rates pulled from UPS and USPS and are based on the weight and dimensions of the package.
International Orders
International buyers assume all responsibility for any duties, customs, tarrifs, or other fees associated with international shipments. Please check with your local government to determine these fees associated with importing goods.
International Destinations (excluding Canada)
Orders ship via USPS Priority International (6-14 Business Days). Buyer assumes all responsibility for any damage to or loss of packages shipped using USPS internationally. It is the buyers responsibility to file claims with their local post office in the event of a damaged or lost package.
